oh here is a good one...Soldier court-martialled after killing enemy combatant with a bomb strapped to his chest, but because the insurgent didn't attack first, preemptive attack was not deemed "appropriate"...I heard about this locally the other day: man shoots gang member in back after gang member allegedly rapes his wife- man goes to jail because he shot the gang member in the back . Or the more recent: Mother of gang member sues peace officer after son was shot car jacking a couple in broad daylight!. The liberal agenda prevails everytime..I swear I live in the most backwards state in the union!!
